1) Overview of Nubra Valley

Nubra Valley is a highland valley located approximately 150 km from Leh in Ladakh. This is the meeting place of the Siachen and Nubra rivers, tributaries of the Indus River, and is famous for its rich natural scenery and desert terrain. Nubra Valley, which means "Valley of Flowers", boasts a beautiful landscape covered in a variety of wild flowers in spring and summer.
